RATES, RESERVATIONS

Weekly rates for the coming season are as follows:

01/01/12 - 31/01/12	£650.00

01/05/12 - 30/06/12	£1,050.00
01/07/12 - 31/08/12	£1,250.00
01/09/12 - 30/09/12	£1,050.00
01/10/12 - 31/12/12	£750.00

Sunset Villa is available to enjoy all year round.  You choose the length of your stay, subject to availability.  We can be completely flexible regarding arrival and departure times, but always ensure that Nail and Solmaz have a clear day to prepare the house between guests.

TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION, we require a 50% deposit within seven days of your written booking confirmation (email is acceptable).  A further 25% is payable 12 weeks before arrival and the 25% balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa.

CANCELLATIONS must be in writing.  If cancellation is made during the preceding 12 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded unless we can replace the booking.  If re-booked in full, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.  If re-booked in part, the same portion of the deposit will be refunded.  80% of the deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made more than 12 weeks prior to arrival date. 

RETAINER  Whilst we take into consideration general wear and tear, damage to furniture, curtains, rugs, fixtures, kitchen equipment and utilities needs to be covered.  We therefore respectfully ask that you kindly lodge a further £500 with us prior to your arrival, to cover damages.  This will be returned in full to you on your day of departure, provided there are no costs incurred.
